--- Humanity ---
Humanity exists within every realm in the world. They dominate Susuria, Kantor and Mindon, and can be found in minority within Dargonir and Forsantica.
Susurians : Typically humans are of dark countenance, with deep brown or black skin, and similar hair colour, they are a proud but generally untrustworthy race so far as politics go. There has been age long internal conflict between the republican Kotan and the royalists. The Kotans have long been a group of rebels in Western Susuria who have been involved in numerous dubious alliances with Mindon, often dragging the Tilkan people into conflict as well. In this day and age, the Kotan are a crushed and diminished people, with their city; Regatti in ruins. What is left of these people live in the Kohath hills, or as refugees in Tilk. The Emperor of Susuria remains unchallenged.
Mindonae: A very mixed people, ranging from the pale faced, orange- gold haired haunting Northerners to the open, cheerful gambling Southerners, whose bloodline is heavily tied to that of the Kotan. A young nation which has seen its share of treacheroury and chaos. Currently in an underground war- that is to say subtle battle between the rulers of the nation theoretically headed by the Ringleader and a mysterious group of assassins. It is unsafe to live within the Northern cities without the risk of death from one of the two sides.
Kantorians: A varied race, who descended from noble bloodlines. In alliance with Forsantica and thus free to come and go by their land. A people skilled in defence, and in constant skirmish with Dargonir. They ensure that no one from Mindon ever successfully crosses the Ice Mountains. Currently, ruled by Lord Kaeril of Kantor, skirmish on the Northern border has been suspiciously inactive for the better part of 2 months.
Northerners: A people rejected by every nation in the world. Descended from the deserters of Kantor. They fled from the possibility of all out warfare during the very first attack of the tyrannical warlord, Espan. They were refused entrance back into Kantor during peacetime and have lived for nearly a thousand years in Dargonir, under constant attack by dark elves. There are three human cities in Dargonir, each one a masterpiece of architecture through their impenetrable defence. Cities without such defence were obliterated long ago. The live solely within the walls of their cities and very rarely come out, so much so that the fourth human city that used to exist was struck by an epidemic that killed the entire population within a month.
Kharanis: Their name comes from the Forsantican "Wanderer". A dying race of nomads skilled in herbal healing, mercenary warfare and music. On friendly terms with every nation, and are even permitted in areas of Dargonir- have been known to be hired by dark elves as mercenary fighters. Their skills are valued across the world, though their place of origin is supposedly Kantor. The Kharanis have been known to be permitted to settle within the Forsantican borders in exchange for their herbal knowledge.
