Yes. Rio is an elf. At one point in the past I thought this would be a scandelous shock. I believe that point was now over 4 years ago, so the effect is somewhat lost. If any one didn't know that, and was remotely interested then lo! you have learned something new. From hence forth I get to show Rio for the sulky little arrogant brat she really is =) Happy blowing up parliment day.
