Rio's new outfit comes curtesy of the inspiration from our old French Revolution text book. The front cover had a nice outfit on so I editted it for Rio- unfortunatly all you can see of it is the shoulder in this page. And that bottom panel bit was jusyt an experimentation with colour- painting is quicker when most of the shading is allready done in the inking
